Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what information TP Fotografie may collect through this website, why we use it, and the choices available to you.
This website is operated by TP Fotografie, a photography business providing public photography, private client galleries, digital image and video sales, and related photography services.
Until the permanent TP Fotografie domain is connected, the website may operate from its temporary hosting address.
Depending on how you use the website, we may receive information you provide when creating an account, contacting us, placing an order, accessing a client gallery, or using other website features. This may include details such as your name, email address, billing information, account information and order details.
Technical information such as your IP address, browser information and basic website activity may also be processed for security, website operation and fraud or spam prevention.
TP Fotografie displays photographs and videos through public collections and password-protected client galleries. Private gallery access is intended only for authorised clients or people who have been given the relevant gallery access details.
Images or videos made available for purchase may use previews on the website while the original downloadable file is supplied through the applicable purchase or download process.
When you purchase photography or other products, information necessary to process and administer the order may be collected and stored. Payment transactions may be processed by a payment service provider. TP Fotografie does not intentionally publish your payment details on the website.
Order information may be retained where reasonably required for customer service, accounting, security and legal or administrative obligations.
If you create or use an account, the website stores information associated with that account so that features such as orders and downloads can function. Login-related cookies may be used to keep you signed in and remember relevant website preferences.
The website may use cookies that are necessary for features such as login sessions, shopping carts, checkout and account functionality. Additional cookies may be used by enabled website services or embedded content.
You can control or remove cookies using your browser settings, although disabling essential cookies may prevent parts of the website from working correctly.
Pages may contain content or functionality supplied by third parties. Those services may process information according to their own privacy practices when you interact with them.
Information may be used to provide the website and photography services, process purchases, provide purchased downloads, manage accounts and client galleries, respond to enquiries, maintain security, prevent abuse, and meet applicable administrative or legal requirements.
Information may be shared with service providers only where reasonably necessary to operate the website or provide a requested service, such as hosting, payment processing, email delivery or security services. Information may also be disclosed where required by law.
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including providing services, maintaining transaction records, resolving disputes, security, and meeting applicable legal or administrative obligations.
You may contact TP Fotografie regarding personal information associated with you, including requests to access or correct information where applicable. Certain records may need to be retained where required for legitimate administrative, security or legal purposes.
Reasonable measures are used to protect website accounts, private galleries, orders and downloads. No online system can guarantee absolute security, so clients should also keep passwords and private gallery access details confidential.
This privacy policy may be updated when the website, services or legal requirements change. The latest version published on this page will apply.
If you have a question about this privacy policy or the personal information associated with your use of TP Fotografie, please use the website’s Contact page to get in touch.
